Stayed for 4 nights to celebrate our engagement as part of a holiday package. We expected budget as a 3 star hotel and was just using it as a place to store luggage safely and sleep while we explored Rome. It's way worse than our already low expectations. The good: 1. The bed was surprisingly comfy 2. There's a nice balcony and it's in a lovely area beside the Borghese park and spagna metro. 3. The bed is made everyday. The bad: 1. There is NO BREAKFAST even though we were promised a daily continental breakfast. The receptionist said there was never any breakfast served despite having a restaurant area? There's also no bar. 2. There is NO SAFE in the room (204) despite claiming they have in room safes. The 'safe' is a collection of everyone's valuables in reception. The first receptionist even suggested that the safe was in the fridge... We did have to lock our stuff in the wardrobe and take the key away everyday. 3. The air conditioning and TV are decorations- they DO NOT WORK. Asked for a remote for the TV- didn't work. Receptionist changed batteries- did not work. A/C doesn't work so don't book in summer. 4. CONSTRUCTION WORK IN ROOMS FROM 7.30 AM! 8.30 AM on a Saturday! Are they insane? Loud drilling. 5. No luggage storage - no tags for luggage kept temporarily. Placed under an open staircase - receptionist didn't care which is ours. Anyone could've taken our bags. 6. Acknowledged our engagement request- did nothing for it. 7. It's dated- the shower wasn't temperature regulating properly and got so hot and freezing. Come here if you literally just want a place to sleep and don't care about your stuff being potentially stolen.

It started of great: the staff members were very helpful and friendly during our entire stay. We could check in very early. Then we saw the room and it looked okay in the beginning. The bathroom however was old and primitive. The shower was anything but good, you were constantly showering too hot or too cold, no in between. The mattresses weren very hard, the pillows way too soft. The wals were very thin so we could hear almost everything our neighbors did. After the first night, we went downstairs for breakfast. That was what we thought would happen, but we doubt you could even call it that. There was only prepackaged food. We also had to drink our water out of plastic cups. We can conclude that this hotel was suited for the ones with not big of a budget and planning to stay away from the hotel as much as possible. We also suggest not taking the breakfast.

I had visited with an open mind after reading reviews. We didnt need luxury in Rome as you spend all day exploring the amazing city. We did however expect the basics which were missing. Firstly the staff at the hotel were all lovely and helpful. The location is amazing and central to everywhere. The hotel itself needs a lot of work. The room was below basic, tiny and uncomfortable. The air condition did work but was super noisy. The shower didn't even attach to the wall so you had to stand and hold the shower head to wash. When you lift it to shoulder level it turns off. We couldn't even get a drink of water for 2 days as they had ran out and when we were leaving they actually tried to charge us for drinking water. We had booked bed and breakfast and on arrival to breakfast (which they were not expecting us) the option was a coffee and a pre packed pastry. There was no continental breakfast, choice or basically anything. They said they used to have a selection pre covid but nothing since. We didn't bother going back for breakfast after that. We did ask for a coffee one morning and we were told the coffee machine wasn't working. Even a few bottles of water in the room would have been fab but there was literally nothing. The place was clean but the shower doors have seen better days and the place desperately needs a re vamp.

A small and tidy hotel on the 4th floor of a flat. Its 12minutes walking distance from the Trevi Fountain. The people were very friendly and service was really good. Rooms were clean and nice. Not very luxurious but the price was relatively cheap (booked first week of march). It has all the things you need for a short stay (minibar, hair dryer, clean towels, private bathroom) Hotel is 8min away from the metrostation (on foot) and buses are even closer. Nice restaurants and cafés nearby as well.
